Fentanyl Usage in Portland, Oregon
Marching out of town is a column of ants. The
last two in formation quipped, we’re leaving
Portland. We’re outdone by all the fentanyl usage.
I lamented their departure. No one takes note of us
anymore they say. Followers of The Way went out
in twos. Jesus was happy with them. Not a peep
from Portlanders. Portland used to enforce
sundown laws. Say it ain’t so (!) Oregonians, say
it ain’t so (!!) Just know we ants ain't coming back,
and gone before sundown. Well, maybe. On one
condition. Let us redeem all of Portland’s empty
soda cans. Before doing so, we want to lick clean
their sugar stains. Portland has a huge fentanyl
problem. We ants? A good sugar high.
